Founded in 1991 by Dennis Wilenchik and Becky Bartness, the law firm of Wilenchik and Bartness provides high level litigation services to a select group of clients. They have since been joined by their son Jack Wilenchik and a team of highly skilled, passionate litigators.

Dennis Wilenchik is rated Martindale-Hubbell AV®-Preeminent™, the highest rating available under the Martindale Hubbell rating system, and he is listed in the national Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. He is a nationally certified civil trial and civil practice advocate with the National Board of Trial Advocacy and is licensed in all Arizona and Texas state and federal courts,  New York state courts, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

Becky Bartness is rated Martindale-Hubbell AV®-Preeminent™ and is listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Women Lawyers. She was a real estate specialist for over 15 years and also practices commercial arbitration and mediation. Ms. Bartness is licensed to practice law in all Arizona state and federal courts and the Ninth Circuit.

Jack Wilenchik has been named to the national Superlawyers list of “Top Rated Attorneys” by Thomson Reuters, and in 2018 he obtained the largest jury verdict in Mohave County history (among the top 30 largest verdict in Arizona history).
