Dennis Wilenchik recently successfully defended the State of Arizona Department of Transportation in a highway motorcycle fatality where the jury returned a defense verdict for the state.
Mr. Wilenchik recently tried a jury case defending an international brokerage firm involving alleged tortious interference and defamation, and argued for the State to uphold a summary judgment before the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in a wrongful death suit brought by an inmate at the Department of Corrections.
Mr. Wilenchik is representing the Arizona Republican Party in federal district court in a case where a plaintiff attorney is seeking to remove Donald J. Trump from the ballot for the Presidency.
