Judge Dismisses Complaints Attempting to Remove Finchem, Gosar, and Biggs from Ballot

Superior Court Judge Christopher A. Coury dismissed three lawsuits where plaintiffs sought to disqualify U.S. Congressmen Paul Gosar and Andy Biggs and Arizona Representative Mark Finchem from the ballot of the August 2, 2022 primary election. Plaintiffs argued that the candidates were disqualified due to their alleged involvement in the January 6th attack on the U.S. Capitol. John Douglas Wilenchik represented Rep.
