Tim Grimm’s Arizona litigation practice has spanned over 20 years, during which he has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in civil and criminal lawsuits of all sizes. Mr. Grimm advocates for the rights of individuals and businesses in and out of court. He has prosecuted and defended lawsuits for personal, financial, and Constitutional injuries, property losses, medical malpractice, premises liability, construction defects, construction accidents, and contract disputes. He has represented insurance companies in uninsured/uninsured motorist claims, and represented insureds in bad faith claims against their insurers. Mr. Grimm has advised and represented commercial transportation clients in Department of Transportation audits, and spent many years coordinating rapid-response accident investigations, including on-site evidence collection, interfacing with law enforcement, and coordinating investigators and experts from the day of an accident through trial.
Mr. Grimm holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Justice Studies and Political Science from Arizona State University, and a Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. During law school, Mr. Grimm attended externships with the Allegheny County Public Defender. During those externships, Mr. Grimm prepared and represented clients in court and prepared and argued motions. Since then, he has conducted over 20 jury trials, and countless arbitrations and mediations. Mr. Grimm is admitted to practice in Arizona and federal courts.
