Dax is a cum laude graduate from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. He graduated in 1999. Dax also went to Arizona State for his undergraduate degree, again graduating with honors with a Bachelor’s degree in history from the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Dax served as the President of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences Alumni Association from 2002 to 2003.
As a lawyer, Dax not only worked at one of the largest firms in the State, but, owned his own law firm for fifteen years. Dax is an experienced trial attorney, who has successfully tried cases, with great results, for over 25 years. Dax, was a Judge Pro Tempore, is a mediator and continues to work hard at his craft.
Dax has two sons, both grown and on their way in life. He takes immense pride in his sons. In his spare time, Dax enjoys golf, working out and documentaries.
