David Ferrucci has over 15 years of commercial litigation experience at the trial and appellate levels in Arizona, and other forums across the nation.
As a litigator, Mr. Ferrucci has handled a wide range of cases, including class actions, various complex commercial cases, and appeals. Mr. Ferrucci regularly represents clients in litigation in state and federal court in matters involving defamation, trademark infringement, trade secrets, and other matters involving general commercial litigation.
Mr. Ferrucci received Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Philosophy, with highest distinction, from The Pennsylvania State University. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at the Arizona State University, graduating in the top 7 percent of his class, Magna Cum Laude, and inducted into the Order of the Coif. Mr. Ferrucci is admitted to practice in both Arizona state and federal courts and in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
