Brian Gifford is a litigator whose practice currently includes both criminal defense matters and a range of tort and contract matters representing both plaintiffs and defendants.
Prior to joining WB, Brian defended personal injury cases in the elder abuse and medical malpractice areas for several years at a large Am Law 100 firm. Brian also has prior experience defending personal injury cases in the construction field and with insurance coverage matters.
Brian graduated from Cardozo Law School at Yeshiva University in 2019 in the top 25% of his class. While in law school, Brian was an Articles Editor for the Cardozo Law Review and was an annual recipient of the Monrad Paulsen Full Tuition Scholarship Award. Prior to law school, Brian graduated from Harvard University with a Bachelor of Arts in Government and a Citation in Russian Language studies.
Brian is admitted to the bar in both Arizona and New York. Brian also speaks fluent Spanish and is proficient in Haitian Creole and Russian.
