Lisa Borowsky

Lisa Borowsky has served the needs of her individual, business and non-profit clients across the Valley since 1995. Lisa’s strength lies in balancing her client’s desired goals against the potential exposure they are confronting to ensure the best and most cost-effective outcome. Lisa is an accomplished litigator and someone you want on your team.

Lisa has extensive experience representing construction related matters. Large scale actions have been common in her practice, one significant example includes prosecuting a class action on behalf of over 2000 homeowners in the Northwest Valley who suffered from a widespread plumbing deficiency, obtaining repairs for all those experiencing failures. In addition to her extensive experience representing Arizona consumers, Lisa has also worked to defend employers and business owners, including contractors.

Aside from litigation, Lisa enjoys representing small to mid-size businesses, start ups, investors, and the hospitality industry for their general counsel needs or when issues arise warranting preventative legal advice.

Lisa is active and involved in her community, serving on numerous boards, commissions and charitable organizations. A personal highlight, Lisa was elected and served on the Scottsdale City Council where she brought her passion for civic engagement and public policy to benefit her hometown. Her experience on Council provides a strong background in government relations which she applies to advance the needs of her clients confronting issues involving government entities. In addition to her experience on Council, Lisa has served on the Scottsdale Convention and Visitor’s Bureau Board of Directors, the City of Scottsdale Audit Committee, the City of Scottsdale Water Subcommittee, and the City of Scottsdale Westworld Subcommittee and is a Member of the Scottsdale Charros Foundation Board.

When not assisting with her clients’ needs, or volunteering in the community, Ms. Borowsky enjoys spending time with her family and riding her horses.
