Brian Foster was a Senior Litigation Partner for 31 years at Snell & Wilmer before joining Wilenchik & Bartness. His practice is concentrated in commercial litigation with an emphasis on real estate and business litigation, partnership and shareholder disputes, merger and acquisition disputes, legal malpractice, contract disputes, sale of business disputes, construction disputes, TCPA litigation, and serious criminal and personal injury claims.
Brian has tried numerous cases to verdict for both defendants and plaintiffs, including many cases where the amount in controversy was in the multi-millions. Brian has been lead trial attorney in winning numerous Plaintiffs’ verdicts for his clients in the multi-millions. He has also won numerous defense verdicts in cases involving multi-millions in dispute.
Brian is a frequent legal expert on FOX 10 News and has made over 160 local and national appearances on various media outlets (FOX News & CNN) covering, among numerous other top news stories, President Trump’s Supreme Court nominations, the Jodi Arias trial, Harvey Weinstein, Bill Cosby’s criminal and civil cases and Donald Trump.
